This program is best for real Florida legal confusion.

Bach Pro Se works best when you have facts, documents, dates, a county or city, and a clear thing you are trying to understand. You do not need to know legal language. Plain English is enough.

You are self-represented or trying to understand a Florida legal issue before getting help.

You received a notice, summons, court paper, violation letter, deadline, or confusing legal document.

You need plain-language research with sources so you can ask better questions.

You understand Bach Pro Se is research support only and not legal advice.

Common issues people apply with

Child timesharing, child support, divorce, or family court issue
Eviction notice, landlord-tenant issue, or housing deadline
Debt collection lawsuit, small claims dispute, or garnishment concern
HOA, condo, code enforcement, probate, or contractor dispute

You can still apply if your issue is different, as long as it involves Florida law, a Florida court, a Florida agency, a Florida property, or a Florida legal process.

Tell us what you need help understanding.

Be specific, but do not include sensitive information you are not comfortable submitting. If approved, next steps will be sent to the email address you provide.
